The new GEALAN S 9000 system with an installation width of 83 mm combines the characteristics and advantages of middle and long-lasting seals. The large installation width, 6 internal chambers in the frame and sash profiles, and 3 sealing gaskets guarantee exceptional insulation efficiency. In this way, the windows meet the highest requirements.

The latest achievements of the German construction industry are embedded in GEALAN's newest PVC window series. The super high-quality, highly insulating profiles have a construction width of 83 mm and allow for the installation of a 44 mm triple glazing unit. The flexible gasket in the frame rebate improves the thermal insulation properties. Additionally, it protects against moisture penetration into the window and facilitates better sash opening, especially at low outdoor temperatures.
The development of the S 9000 aims to achieve the best thermal insulation properties. A thermal transmittance coefficient of Uf = 0.92 W/m²K has been achieved in the standard combination with steel, thus providing the possibility for passage. The 6-chamber design offers ideal protection against cold and noise, and its efficiency is enhanced by the ability to use a triple glazing unit with a thickness of up to 44 mm. In this way, heating costs, as well as CO2 emissions, are significantly reduced. Additionally, the large thickness of the 83mm structure ensures increased corner strength, which in turn enhances the strength of the entire window. At the same time, the steel reinforcement ensures stable fitting fixation and exceptional stability. The non-rebated inner edge of the frame has no grooves in which unpleasant deposits could accumulate, making the window easier to clean.

The GEALAN S 9000 PLUS profile system is particularly suitable and convenient for the production of sliding windows. This is the so-called Hebe-Schiebe (Lift-Slide) opening. Due to the high strength of the profile and in combination with suitable reinforcement, windows of this type allow for proper manufacturing and trouble-free and reliable operation, even at a height of up to 3.30 meters. Once again, there is the option of using a triple glazing unit with a thickness of up to 44 mm, which additionally facilitates the operation of the fittings.
