Returns of items to the Seller are made on condition that the goods are in the same condition as received (with all labels and seals belonging to them intact, without being torn and/or removed), and have not been treated with substances (perfumes, detergents, etc.), soiled, damaged, or used.
To avoid any doubts, the Buyer has the right to return the goods no later than the 14-day period, which starts from the date of receiving the Order, as determined by the Consumer Protection Act.
The conditions and deadlines for returning goods are in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act.
The courier costs for returning an order to TEKA PLAST are borne by the Buyer.

The Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal according to annex № 6, which can be downloaded from this link:
The Buyer has no right to return swimsuits, lingerie, jewelry, and eyewear. The Seller reserves the right not to accept the return of these items and not to refund the amount paid by the Client under Article 57 of the CPA. To avoid any doubts - when returning swimsuits, lingerie, jewelry, and eyewear, the Seller undertakes to return the goods back to the Buyer, with the transportation costs borne by the latter.
In connection with the return of goods to the Seller, the Client must follow the following order and provide information:
Return of goods from the Buyer to the Seller is done by sending the goods with a Courier to the address:
Sofia, Banishora district, Gen. N. Stoletov Blvd., Bl.5A, TEKA PLAST.
Refund of the paid amount
In case of Order cancellation, the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer is made solely by bank transfer within a 14-day period, starting from the date of the made order.
The Seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Buyer within a 14-day period, starting from the date of the Buyer's request for return of the goods, by providing a document certifying the return to the Seller.
In case the Order was paid by card through the Website's Virtual POS terminal, the amount will be refunded to the card from which the payment was made.
In case the Order was paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded to the personal bank account in Bulgarian Lev specified by the Client.
In connection with the above, the Seller is not responsible for incorrectly provided bank account details. The Seller's responsibility to refund an amount for a canceled order ends at the moment of making the bank transfer to the account specified by the Client.
In cases where the Buyer has requested an invoice for a legal entity, the latter receives a Credit note from the Seller on the day of the refund.
