Delivery Time: After placing an order, delivery is made within 2 working days, except for settlements visited on a schedule and except during periods such as Black Friday or extraordinary ones, which are announced in advance by https://tekaplast.bg/. Orders placed after 12:30 on weekdays are executed on the next working day. Weekdays following official holidays or weekends are exceptions.
Prices and Delivery Conditions: A delivery fee is charged based on the weight of the ordered items for each order. Each delivery price is individual for each order.
We call each customer to confirm the order, using the provided phone number, within 1 working day. On weekends and during official holidays, this happens within the first working day, and during Black Friday - as soon as possible.
All parcels are sent with the "Inspection before Payment" option.
We kindly ask all our customers to inspect the products for damages and missing items at the time of delivery. If you notice a problem, please create a protocol for damaged goods with the courier. Otherwise, the courier notes the parcel as "Accepted without Remarks", and we will not be able to honor your complaint.
